2nd day of 30 day Bikram yoga challenge

Second day of bikram yoga and I reaaaallly struggled!  Going to try eating more in the day next time I go in the evening to see if that helps.  For a second I thought of giving up!
 
Diet and Excercise
Excercise today: Bikram Yoga
Breakfast:Cornflakes
Lunch:Mushroom soup and breadsticks
Dinner: Salmon and Cannellini Beans
Snacks: 3 luxury chocolates, cornflakes
